Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,
It’s with heavy hearts that we share this devastating news and ask for your support during a truly difficult time.
This weekend my sister Denise and brother-in-law Alfredo were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run accident while they were crossing the street. The injuries they sustained are serious and life-altering. My sister required emergency surgery, and my brother-in-law suffered multiple facial fractures and a serious leg injury that now requires a brace. Though the road ahead is hard, we thank God every moment that their lives were spared.
Due to the severity of their injuries, they are both unable to return to work, and the financial strain is overwhelming. In addition to their recovery, they are responsible for caring for their three young children—making this situation even more heartbreaking and challenging.
As a family, we are doing everything we can to support them, but we humbly ask for your help during this time of great need. With the mounting medical bills, daily living expenses, and upcoming therapy sessions, are more than we can manage alone. We are asking for your help to ease their burden so they can focus on healing and being there for their children.
